In Russia, we are one of the few who use the hot filling method, as beverages are produced in South Korea, Japan and the USA.
Aloe Vera beverages production is a high-tech process of filling drinks into PET bottles at a temperature of 90°C, which significantly increases the storage life without food additives.
Technology
The technological method is the use of a special heat-resistant PET bottle with a crystallized neck. The bottles are blow molding in a special preform at a 120°C, so the finished PET bottle does not deform at a filling temperature of 90°C.
